QigongQigong - literally “cultivating Qi” (life force) - is the common term for this Chinese type of gymnastics which goal is to increase the Qi in the body and better the inner flow, with a healthier body and mind as a result. Many of these forms are hundreds, sometimes thousands years old, and all are based on the principles of the Traditional Chinese Medicine and rooted in Daoism. The regular practice of qigong can significantly improve
our physical, emotional and mental well-being, making us more relaxed and at the same time stay in power in the midst of our life. Our lessonsQigong with Patrick Sevenans

I was trained, among others, by Björn Prins, Edel Maex and David Dewulf. Qi Gong I study at the Academy Theo De Gelaen in Lommel, where I obtained the degree of instructor.
