Cancellation policy for retreats, mediation days and other activities

In case of cancellation after registration we ask 20% of the participation fee as administration cost with a minimum of € 5 and a maximum of € 25. 

From 14 days before the start of the retreat, meditation day or other activity, reimbursement is no longer possible.  For some retreats this term is different, please read the cancellation policy.

Consequently, people with financial difficulties will have the opportunity to also participate in our retreats and activities. Please contact Heidi Rommens via​ email.
